Very cool Arthur Sarnoff Framed print. This print is called Hey! One leg on the floor. This is one of a few humorous dog pictures. This artist was born in Brooklyn and played off of Americana in a lot of his art. He painted portraits of people like JFK and Bob Hope.

This piece newest measures 24.5 inches wide and about 18 inches tall. There are a few imperfections on the frame but overall in good shape!
