Recently, we lost a very close loved one and during our healing process we searched high and low for anything to help us heal. We knew we wanted to honor our loved one, validate how we feel, but also - find light and encouragement in our new reality. Although flowers are beautiful and appreciate the thought and love -- after a few days, they wilted away.

Our Sympathy Care Package was created and designed from our own broken heart and what we truly needed to help in our healing journey. You will find a custom made Grief Journal with journal prompts to help bring out your feelings and emotions. It is a beautiful keepsake to remember your loved one. In addition, we created and designed Grief Affirmation Cards that you can pull daily with encouraging words and to validate what you are feeling.

To provide a sense of calmness - we have added a scented soy candle. Along with the candle is a beautifully crafted glass jar of matchsticks.

We added a Amethyst crystal as a healing stone.

Lastly, we included a beautifully shaped butterfly seed paper that you can plant and grow wildflowers from. A sign of hope, in our eyes.
