THE PROCESS:

1. Send me the photo you'd like me to recreate along with the color paper you would like (white or tan). I can even combine elements from multiple photos if needed. If you have any requests for minor changes or additions to the photo, include it along with the photo.

2. I will contact you before I begin to discuss and clarify your order.
*Note: once we agree upon your requests, no major changes can be made once the order has been started.

3. I will send you multiple progress shots to ensure that the piece is to your liking. If there are any minor changes that need to be made, they can be made at these points.

4. Once the drawing is complete, I will send a final photo for approval. The order will then be packaged and shipped!


Other Notes:

- This process will take a minimum of two weeks to complete from initial contact to shipping date, but could take longer. If you have a deadline for the order, make sure to communicate on the front end.

- Each piece is sprayed with a fixative to prevent smudging and sun damage. However, oils from your hand can still mess up the drawing so be careful when handling it. Also, try to hang it out of direct sunlight as the sun can fade the charcoal.

- Framing not included, but all drawings come in a standard frame size.

- No returns/exchanges. If the piece is damaged in transit, it will be handled on a case by case basis.
