Garden Painting | Mixed newest Media Art | Plant Art | Canvas Art

This mixed media artwork is an original painting of the Liriope in my front flower bed. I love the shape and color of this plant. I use paint pens and acrylic paint to shape the leaves of the Liriope and groundcover. The background is a wash of acrylic paint with alcohol and water giving the paint a unique texture. Please Note: The color on the screen may be slightly different than the original artwork.

The edges of the canvas are painted and is ready to hang immediately or can be framed. The painting newest is 20" x 16" x 1/2” and has been protected with a satin varnish.
