Vintage black hat, newest bolero with red flower, 1960s

Vintage black bolero hat with large red flower on the right brim. Woman's 1960s black hat has a wide brim ( 2 1/2 in.) . newest A black tie string encircles the crown and pokes through the brim to form the neck tie. The large red poppy flower rests on the right brim. Unlined.
