These cute, little Neolithic Adzes are pre-Bronze Age farming implements from central Thailand. In light of their small size, they were probably used for woodworking. These styles are both shouldered and non-shouldered and the shapes are ovoid or triangular. The stones are quite worn from use, and the greenish-gray color pattern indicates that they were made from Cenozoic olivine basalt.
